作为相互联系的两个阶段,大学与中学如何衔接进而推动人才培养的有序对接,近年来越来越引起国内教育领域的关注。放眼国外,美、英、日等国对大中学衔接培养人才关注较早,已经建立起较为完善的大中学衔接培养人才的机制体制。在衔接教育制度方面,美、英、日政府和教育部门颁布和贯彻落实了诸多教育法规及政策,为大中学衔接保驾护航;在课程编制和实施方面,中学和大学均是衔接教育的主体;课程开展的形式灵活多样,学生可以根据自身兴趣和能力选择有关大学基础学科的课程内容进行修读;课程认定机制通畅;升学选拔方面,形式灵活多样,考察内容多元化,高校也享有较大的招生自主权,可根据自身标准选拔和录取生源。

How to cultivate innovative personnel through connection with high school and university is one focus issue of our education. United States, English and Japan have built link-up system. In curriculum development and implementation, there are more choice for high school students to elect courses and got credit. University has much authority to select students with their standard and methods.
