摘要:: 美国是世界上高等教育最发达的国家。加利福尼亚州拥有全美各州中最庞大、最完整、最系统、最规范的高等教育体系。加州的大学可分为公立和私立两大类，公立大学又可以分为三个系统：加州大学系统、加州州立大学系统和加州社区学院系统。美国大学的快速发展与其独特的大学文化有着密不可分的联系，平和的心态、舒缓的节奏、包容的空间、国际化的视野、服务社会的意识，正是这五种特征引导和促进了美国大学校园文化的发展。这对我国大学文化的建设具有重要的启示作用。

Abstract:: The United States is the most advanced country in terms of Higher Education in the world. California has the largest, most complete, the most systematic, the most standardized higher education system in the United States. Universities in California can be divided into two categories: public and private, and the public universities can be divided into three systems: California university system, California state university system and California Community College system. The rapid development of American universities has a very close relationship with its unique university culture, Peace of mind, soothing rhythm, inclusive space, an international perspective, the consciousness of serving the society, It is these five characteristics that guide and promote the development of American campus culture. This has the important enlightenment function to our country university culture construction.
