摘要:: 随着全球化进程的快速推进和加入WTO后中国融入世界发展需求的扩大，中国高等教育国际化的程度也在不断提高。但是，较之世界其他国家，尤其是发达国家来看，中国高等教育国际化还存在诸如地区和学校间发展很不平衡、高校缺乏必要的办学自主权、教师国际化水准低、校际交流与合作不足和学生缺乏必要的国际化训练与交流机会等突出问题。为此，中国高等教育亟须通过加快区域高等教育国际化的统筹发展、进一步扩大高校办学自主权、提高教师国际素养、加强校际交流与合作等措施，加快高等教育国际化发展进程，更多地培养具有跨文化视野与国际沟通能力的高级人才。

Abstract:: The internationalization of higher education in China has been developing quickly these years under the context of globalization and China＇s entrance to WTO. However, there are still too many problems to deal with for Chinese higher education, such as regional and inter-school development imbalances, the lack of the necessary school autonomy, the low international standards of teachers＇institutions, the shortages of exchange and cooperation between higher education institutions and the poor practices and opportunities for students＇development compared with some other counties, especially the developed countries. Chinese higher education should accelerate the overall development of regional higher education internationalization, further expand the autonomy of universities, develop the teachers＇international quality, strengthen the inter-school exchange and cooperation and so on, to speed up the process of internationalization of higher education in China, and to cultivate more high-level talents with cross-cultural vision and international communication skills.
