摘要:
创建学前教育工作者誓词，开展宣誓活动，有助于增强幼儿教师的角色认知和心理暗示，陶冶学前教育工作者的职业情感，激励与规范职业行为，增强其对社会舆论压力的心理承受能力。学前教育工作者誓词的创立应符合时代精神、符合幼儿园教师标准，要求语言深刻、简洁、全面、易读。举行誓词宣誓活动可以成为学前教育行业师德教育和促进学前教育工作者美好公众形象树立的一个途径。
Abstract:
Preschool education workers’ oath is helpful to enhance the role cognition and psychological implications of preschool teachers, to cultivate their occupation emotion, to regulate the occupational behavior and to improve their psychological ability to confront social pressure from public opinions. Preschool education workers’ oath should be consistent with the spirit of the times, in line with the standard requirements for kindergarten teachers. The language of the oath should be profound, comprehensive, concise, and easy to read. Oath-taking ceremony may become a way of moral education for pre-school education workers and it will help them to set up a good public image.
