摘要:
全球化背景下跨境高等教育已成为高等教育发展的客观趋势,而跨境高等教育质量保障问题又是关乎跨境高等教育发展的核心问题。2016年4月出台的《关于做好新时期教育对外开放工作的若干意见》为中国教育对外开放事业提出了纲领性指导意见。在此背景下,总结中外合作办学及其质量保障的现状,分析世界范围跨境高等教育发展及质量保障制度建设的趋势,并重点探讨了中外合作质量保障体系建设问题。
Abstract:
In the context of globalization, cross-border higher education has become an objective trend in the development of higher education, and cross-border higher education quality assurance is the core issue of cross-border higher education development. In April 2016, the document “A Number of Opinions on Doing a Good Job in Educational Work in the New Era” developed a guideline for the opening-up of China’s education. In this context, this paper summarizes the current situations of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools and their quality assurance, analyzes the trend of the development of cross-border higher education and quality assurance system in the world and focuses on the construction of Chinese-foreign cooperative education quality assurance system.
