摘要:
曾国藩是晚清“四大名臣”之首,晚清著名政治、军事、理论家。其学识之精深,学问之广博,修身育德,为官治家,领兵治军之成就一直被后人推崇、研究和效仿。从教育的角度审视,曾国藩形成了一套包括目标、内容和方法在内的教育思想体系:教育目标是“隆礼”;教育内容主要包括“孝悌为本,习劳养廉”的家庭德育思想、“立志高远,持之以恒”的育人德育思想以及“修身为本,立德成业”的为学德育思想;教育方法主要是“中体西用”的二元教育法和注激励重风气的正面教育法,具有较为显著的时代特征,其教育价值为当今教育发展所借鉴。
Abstract:
Zeng Guofan, the head of four prominent ministers of the late Qing Dynasty, is a famous politician, militarist and theorist. His deep and extensive knowledge and understanding, his self-cultivation and noble virtue, and his achievements of being an official, managing a family, leading troops and governing the army are thought highly of, studied and copied by descendants. In the view of education, Zeng Guofan established an ideological system including goals, contents and methods, whose goal is to worship laws and courtesy. The education contents include the moral education for a family, which means love to families, learning to work and keeping a clean and honest spirit; the moral education for nurturing people, which means great ambition and persistence; the moral education for study, which means self-cultivation and moral improvement to achieve success. And education methods, whose value is widely used in today’s education, mainly include the dialectical teaching method combining eastern and western education reality, and the positive education method to encourage great learning atmosphere.
