高校学术权的异化及修正-《集美大学学报（教育科学版）》

摘要:: 高校学术权力在本质上应归于权利范畴，而实践中学术权力往往被行政权力所侵蚀、异化，难以衍生为学术管理真正期待的学术自治权利。现代高校运作机制要求我们应在尊重高校自身运作规律的基础上，充分照顾学术权力的自治权利需求，重新定义高校的行政权力与学术权力系统，通过教授自治等学术自治权的运用，修正过度行政化的学术权，实现学术权力服务、保障高校学术体系运作的实质功能。

Abstract:: Academic power of universities should be defined as a right in essence, but in practices, academic power is often eroded and alienated by administrative power, and it hard to derive the academic autonomy right that academic management really expects. The operation mechanism of modern universities requires that we should pay more attention to the autonomy of academic power on the basis of respecting the law of operation of universities, and redefine the administrative power and academic power system of universities. Through some ways, such as Professor autonomy, we can amend the academic rights, realize the academic power service and guarantee the essential function of academic system operation in universities.
