摘要:
以甘肃省某两县为例,采用质性研究方法,以口述史的方式讲述三位轮岗教师的交流经历。透过轮岗教师的视角,描述与探究当前教师轮岗交流中存在的时间安排、环境融入、师生适应性以及轮岗教师与流入学校的相互适应、共同发展等问题,并以此为依据提出改善措施,从而使轮岗交流更好地发挥作用。
Abstract:
Taking two counties of Gansu province as an example, the qualitative research method, is used to describe three rotation teachers’ exchange experience in the way of Oral History. Through the perspective of rotational teachers, to describe and explore existing problems in the rotation exchange, such as schedule, environmental integration, adaptability between teachers and students, the mutual adaptation and common development of rotational teachers and inflowed school, and propose improvement measures on this basis , thus rotation exchange can play a better role.
