摘要:
2011年,教育部开启中小学和幼儿园教师资格考试改革。严格教师准入制度是教师专业化发展的必然趋势。教师资格考试属于合格性考试,是标准参考考试;应当将修习教师教育类课程和参加教学实践作为教师资格报考的必要条件;应当适当灵活,照顾地区和学科差异。高等院校师范教育机构在未来仍应当成为教师培育的主要力量,坚持育人为主,考试为辅的方针,在新的考核机制下,不断完善自身。
Abstract:
In 2011, the Ministry of Education launched the reform of the National Teacher Certification Examination (NTCE) in elementary school and kindergarten. Stricter teacher admittance system is an inevitable trend of development of teacher professionalization. The National Teacher Certification Examination is a kind of qualification test and standard referenced test. We should take selecting the normal courses and participating in teaching practice as the necessary preconditions for the examination. The exam should be suitable and flexible and consider the regional and subject differences. The normal education institutions should continue to be the major forces in teacher training, insist on the policy of “education first, and examination second”, and improve themselves constantly under the new evaluation mechanism.
