摘要:
消费主义作为西方社会思潮的重要组成部分，极大冲击了我国传统主流价值体系与消费文化。消费主义主张个人的自我满足，过度强调个人感受性存在，是一种通过过度消费满足自我需求的价值取向。通过剖析消费主义对高校青年教师的不良影响，提出了应对策略，对于优化高校青年教师消费结构，抵御消费主义对高校青年教师的侵蚀，引导其形成科学合理的消费行为具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract:
Consumerism, as an important part of western social thoughts, has greatly impacted our traditional mainstream value system and consumption culture. Consumerism advocates the personal satisfaction of individuals and overemphasizes the existence of personal feelings, which is a value orientation that satisfies self-demand through excessive consumption. Analyzing the negative influence of consumerism on contemporary young university teachers and offering the coping strategies have important practical significance in optimizing the consumption structure of young university teachers, helping them to resist the erosion of consumerism, and guiding them to form scientific and rational consumption behavior.
