摘要:
思想政治教育不仅是研究生教育体系中的重要组成部分,也是合格研究生培养的重要条件、重要内容。核心素养是指培养出具备“家国情怀、社会关爱、个人修养”等优良品质,能够适应社会发展和终身发展需要的人才。从核心素养视阈透视研究生思想政治教育,呈现教育目标明晰化、教育机制人文化、教育内容丰富化和教育形式实效化等发展倾向。想要更好地融入研究生思想政治教育的发展过程,实现研究生思想政治教育转型,应明确育人目标,构建全面育人的研究生思想政治教育体系;应融合以生为本的教育理念,完善研究生思想政治教育工作体制建设;应与时俱进,适时更新研究生思想政治教育内容;应注重实效,创新研究生思想政治教育途径与方式。
Abstract:
Ideological and political education is an important part of the postgraduate students’ education system. It is an important content and important condition for cultivating qualified postgraduate students. People with core competencies and values refer to the talents with such fine qualities as “patriotism, concerns for the society, and noble minds”, able to adapt to the needs of social development and lifelong development. From the perspective of core competencies and values cultivation, postgraduate students’ ideological and political education demands clear educational objectives, humanistic educational mechanisms, diverse educational content, and effective educational modes. Corresponding suggestions are given respectively to meet these demands and therefore to achieve a successful transition of postgraduate students’ ideological and political education.
