摘要:
改革开放以来我国的民办教育获得了长足的发展,成为了教育现代化发展的重要推动力量,也是教育强国目标的重要组成部分。但是我国的民办教育仍处于发展的“初级阶段”,尚难以形成优质的教育品牌和有力的市场竞争,与教育强国的战略目标存在着较大差距。国家有关民办教育的支持鼓励政策也相对乏力,出现了政策的“高原现象”。结合国际民办教育发展的基本特征,我国应进一步提升民办教育的发展定位,加大财政的直接补贴,从而实现政策促进的“升级换代”,争取实现民办教育发展的战略突破。
Abstract:
Chinese private education has made great progress, for it has become an important driving force in the development of education modernization, and is also an important component of the goal of education power since the reform and opening up.However, private education in China is still in the “primary stage” of development, it is difficult to form high-quality education brands and competitive market, and there is a big gap with the strategic goal of the powerful nation of private education.The state policy of private education to be supported and encouraged tends to be weak, resulting in the “plateau phenomenon” of the policy.Combined with the characteristics of private education in the world, we should further promotes the goal of private education, and realizes the powerful nation of private education by increase direct financial subsidies to “upgrade” the policy.
