摘要:
高校教师的胜任力直接关涉到教师自身、高校学生以及高校组织的发展。立足于这一实际需要,论证高校教师胜任特征的可操作性定义。采用文献法、行为事件访谈法、问卷调查法,测量我国5所高校教师的胜任特征维度,并充分利用样本数据,对这5所高校教师的胜任力现状进行差异比较和影响因素分析,以此构建高校教师胜任力模型。在此基础上,使高校教师胜任特征的科学定义得以明晰,且更具实践意义。一方面,为高校教师选聘、培养和绩效管理提供理论依据;另一方面,对高校教师岗位职责、教师培训体系建设、教师薪酬及评价制度建设等一系列问题的研究提供决策参考。
Abstract:
College Teachers’ competency is directly related to the teachers themselves and college students in higher vocational colleges,as well as the development of the organization.Our study from the actual needs,demonstrates the operational definition of university teachers competency;using literature method,behavioral event interview,questionnaire survey method,our measure 5 college teachers competency dimension,and make full use of the sample data,the difference and influence factors of the competency of the present situation 5 high school teachers’ analysis,established the model of college teachers competency.Based on the theoretical model of college teachers’ competency and the analysis of the college teachers’ competency status qua,the competence characteristics and influencing factors of teacher competency are summarized.On the basis of this study,the scientific definition of the competency of the teachers in higher vocational colleges is clear.And competence characteristics also become more practice operational significance.In the one hand,this study serves as a theory for the higher vocational colleges to choose,train and make performance management to those college teachers.On the other hand,it will be a reference for a series of researches such as their responsibilities,establishment of college teachers training system and construction of the remuneration and evaluation system of college teachers.
