摘要:: 阐述在师生共同体视角下，坚持以学生为本、立足基层党组织、发挥党员教师作用；在大学生第二课堂教学实践过程中，积极构建党建育人机制，真正贯彻落实好高校思想政治工作会议精神，开展教书育人、立德树人，促进大学生成长成才。

Abstract:: The Reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China point out that the Party’s primary-level organization is the basis of ensuring the implementation of the Party’s line，policies and decisions.The article expounds adhering to the students oriented principle，focusing on the Party’s primary-level organization and playing the roles of the Party member teachers under the perspective of teacher-student community.During the practice of second classroom，in order to promote growth and accomplishment of university students，the Party construction and education mechanism should be constructed actively and the spirit of the ideological and political work of university should be implemented comprehensively.Simultaneously，educational work is required while moral education and people cultivation should be strengthened as well
