摘要:: 通过对广西现代学徒制试点院校的走访得知，在实践层面，试点院校都有着对试点专业进行精准定位以选择合适企业、改革人才培养模式、构建校企一体化实训基地的三点共同之处。在试点工作推行过程中，试点院校也遭遇了同样的困境，例如：学徒成本分摊问题、行业协会未能充分发挥作用等。为此，可从加快完善现代学徒制顶层设计、搭建“校企行”协同管理平台等方面入手，由上至下，逐步规范细化，多重举措以保障现代学徒制试点工作稳步推进。

Abstract:: Through the visit to the Guangxi Modern Apprenticeship Pilot School，it is known that at the practical level，the pilot schools have three points to accurately position the pilot profession to select suitable enterprises，reform the talent training model，and build a school-enterprise integrated training base.At the office.In the implementation of the pilot work，the pilot school also encountered the same dilemma，such as：apprentice cost sharing issues，industry associations failed to play their full role.To this end，we can start from the aspects of accelerating the improvement of the top-level design of the modern apprenticeship system and setting up a “school-enterprise line” collaborative management platform.From top to bottom ，we will gradually standardize and refine，and multiple measures to ensure the steady advancement of the modern apprenticeship pilot project.
