闻名于启发引导的孔子和苏格拉底,是中西教育思想源头的经典性存在。从整体上把握他们作为“引导者”的角色意蕴,是深刻理解他们终成“万世师表”和“众师之师”的根本所在。这需要超越过往以工具思维和技术理性为基点的“有术无人”的认识局限,从“引导者”的主体性存在出发,对他们在启发引导活动中所秉持的身份、坚守的信仰、洞悉的机制三个层面,进行深入地阐发、比较与融通,可启示我们认识和把握名师成长的活动逻辑。
- Abstract:

Confucius and Socrates,famous for their inspiration and guidance,are the classic existence of the source of Chinese and Western educational ideas.To grasp the meaning of their role as “leaders” as a whole is to understand the fundamental reason why they will eventually become “Masters of the World” and “Masters of the Masters”.This needs to go beyond the limitations of the past “toolless thinking” based on instrumental thinking and technical rationality,starting from the subjective existence of the “leader”,regarding the three levels of their identity,firm beliefs,insight mechanism,and conduct in depth analysis,comparison and integration.In this way,it can enlighten us to recognize and grasp the activity logic of the growth of famous teachers.
