中小学教师职业承诺与工作投入的相关性研究——基于道德情感的中介作用-《集美大学学报（教育科学版）》

摘要:: 为了解教师道德情感的作用机制，考察教师道德情感在职业承诺与工作投入关系中的作用。以412名中小学教师为被试，采用整群抽样方式对其职业承诺、道德情感和工作投入进行问卷调查。结果显示：中小学教师职业承诺显著预测道德情感和工作投入，道德情感显著预测工作投入；职业承诺不仅可以直接影响工作投入，还可以通过道德情感的部分中介效应对工作投入产生影响。应从增强职业承诺水平、克服职业倦怠和职业道德教育等方面提升中小学教师道德情感水平。

Abstract:: In order to understand the mechanism of teachers’ moral emotion,we investigate the role of teachers’ moral emotion in the relationship between professional commitment and work engagement.Taking 412 primary and middle school teachers as the subjects,a questionnaire survey was conducted on their professional commitment,moral emotion and work commitment by using a cluster sampling method.The results show that：The professional commitment of primary and middle school teachers significantly predicts moral emotion and work engagement,and moral emotion significantly predicts work engagement;professional commitment not only directly affects work engagement,but also affects work engagement through part of the mediating effect of moral emotion.Moral and emotional level of primary and secondary school teachers can be improved in terms of enhancing the level of professional commitment,overcoming professional burnout and professional ethics education.
