摘要:
法治教育工作是一个复杂系统,随着人工智能时代的来临,其巨型性、开放性、层次性和不均衡性等复杂性特点日益突出,由此带来法治教育模式的转变以及人权伦理风险、极化风险和规制风险等社会风险的挑战。面对挑战,除需建构大数据与人工智能联动,创新安全高效的“人机协同”的法治教育宣传模式外,还需建立法律防控、伦理防控以及“过程—结果”等多元互动的法治教育风险防控体系,从而助推在法治轨道上实现国家在教育领域治理体系以及治理能力的现代化。
Abstract:
The rule of law education is a complex system.With the advent of the age of artificial intelligence,its complex characteristics such as giantism,openness,hierarchy and imbalance are increasingly prominent,which brings about the transformation of mode in the rule of law education and the challenges of social risks such as ethical risk of human rights,polarization risk and regulatory risk.In the face of the challenges,we not only need to build a digital intelligence linkage and establish a safe and efficient“humanmachine cooperation”mode of legal education,we also need to establish a multilateral interactive riskcontrol system including control system including legal prevention and control,ethical prevention and control,and “processresult” prevention and control,so as to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity in the field of education on the track of the rule of law.
