摘要:: 秦汉时期作为我国封建社会的起始阶段，很多政治制度和社会伦理尚处于开始形成和初步发展阶段。妇女在家庭中所承担的责任及义务体现在所谓的“妇道”之中，具有鲜明的时代特色。同后世以强调“性道德”为核心的“妇道”或“贞节”观念存在很大不同，而且，秦汉时期的“妇道”所体现出的诸多积极元素直到今天仍具有很高的参考价值和现实教育意义。

Abstract:: In the Qin and Han dynasties,as the initial stage of feudal society,many political systems and social ethics were still in the initial stage of formation and development.Women’s responsibilities and obligations in the family are reflected in the so-called “women morality” with distinctive characteristics of the times.It is very different from the concept of “women’s morality” or “chastity” which emphasizes “sexual morality” in later generations.Moreover,the positive elements of “women’s morality” in Qin and Han dynasties still have high reference value and practical educational significance today.
