摘要:
面对21世纪的社会变化,“核心素养”重新定义了人才培养规格,成为了世界各国关注的焦点。在“核心素养”体系已基本构建完成的情况下,如何将其落实到教育教学中,就成了问题的关键。教师作为教育实践者,其教学观念与教学能力之于学生核心素养的培育关系重大,而指向学生核心素养的教学新样态无疑对教师当前的角色定位和能力水平构成了多重挑战,这就需要对教师的教学观念与能力进行系统优化,以全面提升教师的教学品质,如在观念层面,增强教师对“核心素养”的认可度和变革意愿;在专业学习层面,借助培训优化教师的能力结构;在组织层面,建立教育内、外部合作机制,为教师提供全方位的支持等。
Abstract:
Facing the social changes in the 21st century,“core literacy” has redefined the specifications of talent training,and become the focus of all countries in the world.With the initial completion of its system construction,how to implement the “core literacy” in education and teaching has become the key issue at present.As an educational practitioner,teachers’teaching concepts and teaching abilities have a great relationship with the cultivation of students core literacy,and the new teaching mode pointing to students’core literacy undoubtedly poses multiple challenges on teachers’ current role orientation and ability level.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically optimize teachers’ teaching concepts and abilities in order to improve teachers’ teaching quality comprehensively.First of all,in the conceptual aspect,we should improve teachers’ recognition of “core literacy” and their willingness to change.Secondly,in the professional learning aspect,we should provide abundant teachers’ training to optimize their ability structure.Finally,in the organizational aspect,the internal and external cooperation mechanisms of education should be established to give support to teachers in an allaround way.
