科研合作是协同创新发展的重要方面,基于论文合作数据深入挖掘高校科技协同创新过程中存在的问题,有助于优化科研合作创新模式,充分发挥重点高校的带动作用,逐步提升高校在科技协同创新中的核心竞争力。基于Web of Science核心合集中陕西省36所高校2000-2020年间合作发表论文的数据,综合运用复杂网络理论中的块模型、“核心—边缘”理论、文献计量学理论,结合计量分析、统计分析、社会网络分析和可视化方法等,借助Ucinet、Netdraw、Gephi等软件绘制科研合作网络图谱,进行网络结构的属性和特征分析;并从合作论文数量、密度、影响力和合作方式等方面研究陕西省高校论文合作演化特征。研究结果显示,强劲的科研实力是高校实现科研合作的基础,西安交通大学等部分高校在科研合作网络中处于核心地位,并且充当科研合作的中介作用;专业聚集特性是影响科研合作关系强弱的主要因素;陕西省各类大学归属于不同的块模型,占据不同的位置和角色,具有不同的结构功能和作用;36所高校的科研合作经过21年间的发展,已经形成了一个动态演化的网络,且各高校相互之间的联络越来越密切,形成了一个连通的合作网络图。

Cooperation on scientific research is significant for the development of collaborative innovation.Based on the paper cooperation data,in-depth exploration of the problems in the process of collaborative innovation of science and technology in universities helps optimize the collaborative innovation model of scientific research,give full play to the leading role of key universities,and gradually improve the collaborative innovation of science and technology in universities’ core competitiveness in China.Based on the data of jointly published papers of 36 universities in Shaanxi Province from 2000 to 2020 in the core collection of Web of Science,the attributes and characteristics of the network structure are analyzed by integrated use of block models in complex network theory,“coreperiphery” theory,bibliometrics theory,combining with econometric analysis and statistical analysis,social network analysis,visualization methods,etc.,with the help of Ucinet,Netdraw,Gephi and other software to draw a network map of scientific research cooperation.The evolution characteristics of university paper cooperation in Shaanxi Province are also analyzed from the perspectives of number,density,influence,and cooperation methods.The results show that strong scientific research strength is the basis for universities to achieve cooperation on scientific research.Some universities such as Xian Jiaotong University are at the core of the scientific research cooperation network and act as an intermediary for scientific research cooperation;the characteristics of professional concentration are the main factors which affect the strength of scientific research cooperation.Various universities in Shaanxi belong to different block models,occupy different positions,and have different structural functions and roles;after 21 years of development,the scientific research cooperation of 36 universities has formed a dynamically evolving network ,and the liaison between universities is getting closer and closer,forming a connected cooperation network map.
