摘要:
为探讨中学教师情感教学技能现状及其对教师职业道德行为的影响,采用问卷调查的方法对233名中学教师进行施测。结果表明,中学教师情感教学技能在性别、教龄上均不存在显著差异;情感教学技能、教师职业道德行为以及教学效能感之间总体呈现正相关;且教学效能感在情感教学技能与职业道德行为之间发挥着完全中介的作用,在情感教学技能下属因子情感监控、以情冶情、以情励行上也可发挥部分中介作用。
Abstract:
To explore the influence of secondary school teachers’affective teaching skills and teaching efficacy on professional ethical behavior,a questionnaire survey was administered to 233 secondary school teachers.The results show that there are no significant differences in the affective teaching skills of secondary school teachers in terms of gender and teaching age;there is an overall positive correlation between affective teaching skills,teachers professional ethical behaviour and teaching efficacy;and teaching efficacy plays a fully mediating role between affective teaching skills and professional ethical behaviour,and can also play a partially mediating role in the subfactors of emotion monitoring,emotion training and emotion motivating behaviour.
