在艰苦的延安时期,中国共产党为了提升当地群众的文化素养和生活质量,并为革命培养高素质的接班人,创造性地开展了卓有成效的中小学教育,尤其是当时的劳动教育让中小学增添了很大的吸引力和认同感。从丰富的劳动教育课程、多样化的劳动教育形式、“无中生有”的劳动教育资源观和突出的劳动教育成效4个方面深入挖掘延安时期中小学的劳动教育经验,不仅有利于人们更深刻地理解新时代的劳动教育,而且可以启迪中小学在新时代创造性开展劳动教育的思路,尤其应该在社会及学校视域下拓展劳动教育资源,在生活即教育视域下丰富劳动教育形式,在创新实践中落实劳动教育价值,从而真正营造出人人爱劳动、人人擅长劳动的社会新风尚。
- Abstract:

In order to improve the cultural literacy and quality of life of the local people and train high-quality successors for the revolution,the Communist Party of China creatively carried out effective primary and secondary education during the arduous Yan’an period,labor education in particular,which adds great attraction and sense of identity to primary and secondary schools. The experience of labor education in primary and secondary schools in Yan’an period is deeply probed into from four aspects,that is,rich labor education curriculum,the diversified forms of labor education,the view of labor education resources,and the outstanding achievements of labor education.It helps to understand the labor education in the new era more deeply,and can inspire primary and secondary schools to creatively develop labor education in the new era.In particular,we should expand the resources of labor education from the perspectives of society and schools,enrich the forms of labor education from the perspective of “life is education”,and implement the value of labor education in innovative practice,so as to truly create a new social fashion in which everyone loves labor and everyone is good at it.
