职前英语教师专业能力发展模式目前依然缺乏信息技术的有效支撑,尚无法满足国家对教师队伍建设的高要求。在“互联网+”时代,有必要构建线上线下相结合的学习共同体,以推动职前英语教师的专业发展。构建包含线上微信公众号和线下常规的职前英语教师专业学习共同体,通过收集访谈、教学设计、教学反思等材料,探讨教学能力在共同体中的变化及影响机制。研究表明,职前英语教师教学能力的三个维度:基础知识能力、教学设计能力、教学实施能力,在共同体中均得到提升。在这一过程中,该共同体形成的专业自主性,互动合作性及共享交互性对教学能力提升产生了积极的影响。
Abstract:
Nowadays teaching competence development system for preservice English teachers still lack efficient support from information technology,and cannot meet the high demand of teacher staff construction in China.In the era of “Internet +”,it is essential to establish onlineoffline combined learning community to promote pre-service English teachers’ professional development.This study proposes to build pre-service English teachers’ professional learning community which combines online WeChat public platform and offline traditional community,so as to explore the changes and affecting system of their teaching competence,by collecting the data of interview,instructional design and teaching reflection.The results show that in the community their teaching competence is promoted in terms of basic knowledge competence,instructional design competence and teaching implementation competence.During the process,teaching competence is influenced by professional autonomy,interactive cooperation and sharing interface in the community.
