摘要:: 培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人是高校组织育人的最终目标，为此提升组织育人功能是关键。在明确高校组织育人的内涵和功能的基础上，围绕解决高校实现组织育人功能中存在的问题，从加强制度建设、完善工作体系、创新工作载体这三个方面，构建以提升组织力为重点，保证党组织政治功能发挥的制度育人机制；以党组织领导为核心，各级各类组织相互作用的协同育人机制；以落实立德树人为根本，促进师生主体参与的文化和实践育人机制。完善工作机制，提升组织育人功能，为实现组织育人最终目标提供有力保障。

Abstract:: It is the ultimate goal of universities to train new people who are responsible for national rejuvenation.To achieve this goal，the key is to enhance the function of organizational education.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and function of the organizationational education in universities，we should center on solving the problems existing in the realization of the organizational education function in universities，and construct the system and education mechanism with the focus on improving the organizational force and ensuring the political function of the Party organization to play a role from three aspects，i.e.strengthening the system construction，perfecting the work system and innovating the work carrier，construct a collaborative education mechanism with the leadership of party organizations as the core and the interaction of various organizations at all levels，construct the cultural and practical education mechanism based on the implementation of moral education and the promotion of teachers and students’ participation，in order to improve the working mechanism，enhance the function of organizational education，and provide a strong guarantee to achieve the ultimate goal of organizational education.
