摘要:: 家庭在“劳动教育整体”中的重要性得到普遍承认，但是在劳动教育实际进行过程中，家庭方面往往会陷入被遗忘而导致缺失的境地。苏霍姆林斯基是苏联时期著名的教育实践家和教育理论家，在其劳动教育思想中，有不少家庭成分包含其中。我们看待苏霍姆林斯基的教育思想，不能局限于学校和教师的视角，而应该拓宽可供使用的教育渠道，整合为大多数孩子可及的教育资源，形成一个完整的教育生态。在劳动教育向家庭复归的路径问题上，我们需要实现主体间性教育，以正确劳动观为导向，同时整合各方教育力量，使孩子在劳动教育中获得成长。

Abstract:: The labor education in schools ushered in a new wave of upsurge.The importance of family in “labor education as a whole” is universally acknowledged.However，in the actual process of labor education，the family aspect is often forgotten and lost.Sukhomlinsky is a famous educational practitioner and educational theorist in the Soviet Union，and many family elements are included in his thought of labor education.When we look at Suhomlinski’s educational thought，we should not be limited to the perspective of schools and teachers，but should broaden the educational channels available，integrate them into the educational resources accessible to most children，and form a complete educational ecology.In terms of the path of labor education returning to the family，we need to realize inter-subjective education，take the correct view of labor as guidance，and integrate all educational forces to make children grow up in labor education.
