摘要:
研究生教育中,导师指导是一个师生之间双向互动进行探究式教学的过程。这就要求导师指导要兼具科学性与艺术性:科学性属于指导中“真”的范畴,回答指导规律的问题;艺术性属于指导中“美”的范畴,回答如何指导的问题。导师指导的科学性是艺术性的基础,导师指导的艺术性有助于实现指导的科学性。导师指导要努力做到科学性与艺术性的有效统一,即达到“求真”与“求美”相融的境界。为此,需从如下几个方面探索:国家从政策层面引导导师培训;高校建立相应的激励与保障机制;加强对导师指导能力的培训;同伴协作促进导师指导水平的提升;导师个人应加强反思性实践。
Abstract:
The tutor’s guidance in graduate education is a process of inquiry teaching with twoway interaction between teachers and students,which requires the tutor’s guidance to be both scientific and artistic.Scientificity belongs to the category of “Truth”in the guidance,answering the question of the law of guidance.The artistry belongs to the category of “Beauty”in guidance,and answers the question of how to guide.The scientificity of tutors guidance is the foundation of artistry,and the artistry of tutors guidance helps to realize scientific guidance.In postgraduate education,tutors should strive to achieve the effective unity of scientificity and artistry,that is,to reach the state of “Truthseeking”and “Beautyseeking”.To this end,the country should guide from the policy.Colleges and universities should establish incentive and guarantee mechanisms and strengthen the training of instructors’ guidance.Peer cooperation should promote the improvement of instructors’guidance level and instructors should strengthen reflective practice.
