创业激情对大学生自我职业生涯管理的影响——创业学习与创业机会识别的链式中介-《集美大学学报（教育科学版）》

摘要:: 基于行动调节理论，研究构建了创业激情通过创业学习与机会识别影响自我职业生涯管理的多重中介模型。使用《创业激情量表》《自我职业生涯管理量表》《创业学习量表》《机会识别量表》对305名大学生进行调查，结果发现：创业激情、创业学习、创业机会识别与自我职业生涯管理两两之间显著正相关（p值均小于0.001）；创业激情通过创业学习和创业机会识别对大学生自我职业生涯管理产生正向影响，且该影响包含三条路径：创业学习、创业机会识别的简单中介作用（β=0.206，p<0.05；β=0.03，p<0.05）以及创业学习→创业机会识别的序列中介作用（β=0.032，p<0.05）。这一结论对指导大学生创业，促进其未来职业发展有一定参考价值。

Abstract:: Based on action regulation theory,a multimediating model of entrepreneurial passion influencing career selfmanagement through entrepreneurial learning and opportunity recognition was constructed.305 college students were surveyed by using Entrepreneurial Passion Scale,Career Self-Management Scale,Entrepreneurial Learning Scale and Opportunity Recognition Scale.The results show that there are significant positive correlations between entrepreneurial passion,entrepreneurial learning,opportunity recognition and career self-management (p<0.001).Entrepreneurial passion has a positive influence on college students’career selfmanagement through entrepreneurial learning and opportunity recognition.Entrepreneurial learning and opportunity recognition play multiple mediating roles in the association between entrepreneurial passion and career selfmanagement.Entrepreneurial passion could influence career selfmanagement through the simple mediating effects of entrepreneurial learning,opportunity recognition（β=0.206,p<0.05;β=0.03,p<0.05),and through the chainmediating role of entrepreneurial learning and opportunity recognition（β=0.032,p<0.05）.These findings are helpful to guide college students’ entrepreneurial behavior and promote their career development in the future.
