以CSSCI期刊收录的国内教师政策研究论文412篇为样本,借助Maxqda、Citespace、COOC67、Science Evolution30等计量软件与可视化软件,从文献计量、知识生产与知识应用三个维度对样本的本质特征、内容要点与发展趋势展开分析。文献计量方面,具有年度发文逐步增长、教育核心期刊保持领先地位、核心作者团队意识逐渐增强、发文机构以教育智库为主等趋势;知识生产方面,具有从思辨到实证的研究方法范式转型、从重管理到促内涵的研究主题重心转移、从宏观到中微观的研究层次转变等趋势;知识应用方面,体现为教育智库在政策过程阶段发挥重要作用,政策议题、政策解读的期刊载文将有所下降,政策实施与政策评估将成为研究的重要领域。
Abstract:
This paper collects and selects 412 samples of teacher policy research papers from CSSCI journals.With the help of a series of metrological software and visualization software such as maxqda,CiteSpace,cooc6.7,science evolution 3.0,it analyzes the essential characteristics,content points and development trend of domestic teacher policy research samples from the three dimensions of literature measurement,knowledge production and knowledge application.In terms of literature measurement,the number of papers published annually has gradually increased.The core journals of education have sustained a leading position.The team consciousness of core authors has gradually increased and the educational think tanks are main publishing agencies.There are some trends in terms of knowledge production,such as the paradigm transformation of research methods from philosophical research to empirical research,research topic focus from focusing on management to promoting connotation,and research level from macro level to micro level.In the process of knowledge application,the education think tanks play a significant role in the policy process.The journal articles on policy issues and policy interpretation are declining,and policy implementation and policy evaluation are becoming an important research field.
