在国家创新驱动发展战略背景下,“创新管理”课程是创新教育和创新型人才培养的重要载体。针对集美大学既有“创新管理”课程教学中面临的挑战和痛点,开展基于学科交叉和产教融合为主体的教学改革实践。通过建立多学科知识体系,以解决企业实际创新问题为导引,以学生为中心,充分融入课程思政,结合集美大学的“工海”特色定位,在课程内容、教学方式和教学评价等方面开展改革。经过课程改革探索,充分调动了学生的学习积极性和主动性,满足了新生代大学生的个性化需求,培养了多学科融会贯通的思维,提升了学生解决企业实际创新问题的能力。

Under the background of the national innovation-driven development strategy, the course of “Innovation Management”is an important carrier of innovation education and innovative talent training. Aiming at the challenges and pain points faced by the existing “Innovation Management”course teaching in Jimei University, the practice of teaching reform with interdisciplinary and industry-education integration is implemented. The course has established a multidisciplinary knowledge system that is oriented to solve the actual innovation problems of enterprises. It is also student-centered and fully integrates the ideology and politics of the curriculum, combining the characteristics of “Engineering & Marine Science” in Jimei University. Through the reform of course content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation, we can fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and initiative of learning, meet the personalized needs of the new generation, effectively cultivate students’ multidisciplinary thinking and ability to solve practical problems.
