摘要:: 近年来，随着研究生招生规模的扩大，研究生培养面临着许多新的问题。如何提升研究生的素质能力，影响着地方院校学科建设、人才培养和科学研究。以集美大学为例，基于地方院校研究生培养过程中的问题导向，对研究生培养的能力要求、培养环节的考评考核、学位论文质量标准等方面进行了优化，完善了校院及导师层面研究生学位论文质量体系建设，推进了研究生分类培养模式改革，实行了研究生培养全周期系统化过程监督与质量提升计划，以期培养出研究创新能力（学术学位）或开发创造能力（专业学位）突出的高层次人才。

Abstract:: In recent years, with the expansion of graduate enrollment, graduate education faces many new problems. The improvement of the quality and ability of graduate students, affect the discipline construction, talent cultivation, and scientific research of local university. Takes Jimei University as an example, based on the problem orientation in the process of cultivating graduate students in local university. Firstly, the ability requirements for graduate education, evaluation and assessment of the training process, and the quality standards for academic dissertations and other aspects have been optimized. Secondly, the construction of the quality system for graduate dissertation at the school and supervisory have been improved, the reform of graduate classification training mode have been promoted, and a systematic process supervision and quality improvement plan for the entire postgraduate have been implemented. Finally, the high-level talents with outstanding research and innovation ability (academic degree) or creative abilities (professional degrees) have been cultivated in the local university.
