摘要:
构建一个行之有效的本科高校教师评价素养指标体系可为开展教师评价素养的测评、制定教师评价素养发展标准、明确教师评价素养培训方向提供参考。在对现有教师评价素养内容构成进行详细梳理的基础上,选择相关领域专家13人,采用德尔菲法进行2轮专家意见征询,形成本科高校教师评价素养指标体系。将指标体系转换为量表,并通过对908份调查问卷的数据分析,检验了指标体系的信度和效度,最终确定的“本科高校教师评价素养指标体系”包括4个一级维度、14个二级维度和41个三级维度。对102名高校教师进行小范围使用,验证了其可靠性与科学性,该指标体系可作为评价本科高校教师评价素养现状的参考测量工具。
Abstract:
Developing a valid assessment literacy indicator system for undergraduate university teachers can provide a foundation for measuring teacher assessment literacy,setting development standards,and guiding training programs.Based on a detailed review of existing components of teacher assessment literacy,13 experts from relevant fields were selected to conduct two rounds of expert opinion consultations using the Delphi method,resulting in the establishment of an assessment literacy indicator system for undergraduate university teachers.The system was then converted into a questionnaire,and its reliability and validity were tested through data analysis of 908 survey questionnaires.The finalized Undergraduate University Teacher Assessment Literacy Indicator System includes four primary dimensions,fourteen secondary dimensions,and forty-one tertiary dimensions.A pilot implementation with 102 university teachers confirmed its reliability and scientific robustness,demonstrating its utility as a measurement tool for evaluating the current state of undergraduate university teacher assessment literacy.
