摘要:
高等教育发展是实现共同富裕的重要路径之一。采用省级面板数据，构建指标体系，旨在分析高等教育发展水平对共同富裕指数的影响，并聚焦于探索高等教育层次结构、区域经济差异和人力资本质量如何影响高等教育发展赋能共同富裕的路径。研究发现，高等教育发展水平对共同富裕指数具有显著的积极效应，且提升高等教育层次能够正向调节这种积极效应；在西部地区，高等教育发展水平的提升对共同富裕指数具有更为突出的正向作用；对于人力资本质量较低的地区，高等教育发展水平对共同富裕指数的促进作用更为强劲。基于此，我国在迈向共同富裕的目标进程中，需优化高等教育层次结构，加强对西部地区高等教育发展的支持，并着重提升低人力资本质量地区高等教育发展水平。
Abstract:
The development of higher education is one of the important paths to achieve common prosperity.This study uses provincial panel data to construct an indicator system aimed at analyzing the impact of higher education development on common prosperity,and focuses on exploring how the hierarchical structure of higher education,regional economic differences,and human capital quality affect the path of higher education development empowering common prosperity.Research has found that the development of higher education has a significant promoting effect on achieving common prosperity,and the improvement of higher education levels can significantly promote the realization of common prosperity;In western China,the improvement of the level of higher education development plays a more prominent role in achieving common prosperity;For regions with lower human capital quality,the development of higher education has a stronger promoting effect on achieving common prosperity.Based on this,in the process of moving towards the goal of common prosperity,China needs to optimize the hierarchical structure of higher education,strengthen support for the development of higher education in western regions,and focus on improving the level of higher education development in areas with low human capital quality.
