学前儿童安全健康素养对于预防和减少意外伤害发生、降低伤害程度有着重要意义。通过德尔菲法遴选14名安全健康相关领域的专家进行两轮咨询,结合层次分析法计算指标权重系数,构建学前儿童安全健康素养评价指标体系。该体系包含3个一级指标(安全健康意识、安全健康知识、安全健康能力)、6个二级指标和40个三级指标,研究结果在专家积极系数、专家权威系数和专家意见的协调程度等方面体现出具有较高信度和效度。基于评价指标体系编制家长问卷,对243名学前儿童的安全健康素养进行调查。结果显示,学前儿童安全健康素养整体处于中上水平,但安全健康意识、知识和能力三个维度发展不均衡;安全健康素养水平随年龄增长显著提升,且未发现显著性别差异。
Abstract:
Preschool children’s safety and health literacy plays a crucial role in preventing and reducing accidental injuries and minimizing their severity.The current study adopted the Delphi method,selecting 14 experts in relevant fields for two rounds of consultation, and used the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate the weight coefficients of evaluation indicators for preschool children’s safety health literacy.The result was a preschool children’s safety and health literacy evaluation index system comprising three primary indicators—safety and health awareness,knowledge,and competence—along with six secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators.This index system demonstrated good expert enthusiasm,authority,and coordination,and was shown to have good reliability and validity.Based on this framework,a 40-item parent-reported questionnaire was developed,and the safety and health literacy of 243 preschool children was assessed.The results indicated that preschool children’s safety health literacy is at an upper-middle level,with an imbalanced development across the three dimensions of safety health awareness,knowledge,and skills.The level of safety health literacy increases with age,and there are no significant gender differences.
