摘要:
高素质乡村教师队伍建设对于推动乡村教育振兴、建设教育强国具有重要的意义。在教育强国背景下,建设高素质乡村教师队伍应坚守立德树人的根本任务、聚焦素养提升的内在要求、巩固待遇保障的关键防线。当前,高素质乡村教师队伍建设过程中仍然面临职业认同感缺乏、专业发展水平低、数字素养有待提升和工作待遇境况有待改善四重困境。基于此,需要以在地化教育培植扎根乡土的教育情怀、以教育家精神提振乡村教师的专业身份、以数字化教育提升乡村教师的数字素养、以政策倾斜激励乡村教师安心任教,扎实推进高素质乡村教师队伍建设,为建成教育强国提供坚实的人才保障和智力支持。
Abstract:
The construction of high-quality rural teachers is of great significance for revitalizing rural education and building an Education Power.Under the Background of an Education Power,the construction of a high-quality rural teaching force should adhere to the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing individuals,focus on the intrinsic requirement of professional competency enhancement,and consolidate efforts in ensuring adequate compensation and benefits.The process of building a high-quality rural teaching force is still faced with the fourfold dilemma:a lack of professional identity,a low level of professional development,inadequate digital literacy,and poor remuneration and working conditions.Based on this,it is necessary to cultivate the educational sentiment of rooting in the countryside through localised education,to revitalise the professional identity of rural teachers through the spirit of educators,to enhance the digital literacy of rural teachers through digital education,and to motivate rural teachers to teach with peace of mind through preferential policies,so as to promote the construction of high-quality rural teachers and to provide a solid guarantee of human resources and intellectual support for a strong country in the field of education.
