摘要:
在长期的教改探索中,教育始终以实现培育更优质人才为愿景。当前,课程愿景与教学现实之间仍存在落差,具体表现为优绩导向目标与素养导向目标、实用性内容与结构性内容、教学表现与过程性体验的失衡,这已成为愿景落地的关键阻碍。学科实践作为探索知识通达素养的重要教学方式,在目标上融合育才与育人,在内容上贯通知识世界与生活世界,在过程中联结学科育人与实践育人,能让素养在体验中生成,为课程愿景与教学现实搭建起不可替代的桥梁。基于此,落实学科实践需要从三方面入手:建立意义共享的实践共同体,追求伦理性学科实践;重演知识的发生过程,开展验证性学科实践;基于学科特性挖掘城乡资源,构建差异化学科实践,最终推动课程愿景从“理想蓝图”转化为“教学实景”。
Abstract:
In the long-term exploration of education reform,the vision of cultivating high-quality talents has always been the central goal.At present,there is still a gap between the curriculum vision and the teaching reality,which is manifested in the imbalances between:performance-oriented versus literacy-oriented goals,utilitarian content versus structurally coherent knowledge;and a focus on teaching performance versus authentic learning process experience,which has become a key obstacle to the realization of the vision.As an important teaching approach to bridge knowledge and literacy,disciplinary practice aims at cultivating competent and well-rounded individuals in terms of goals,connects the world of knowledge with the world of life in terms of content,and links subject-based education with practical education in the process,and links subject-based education with practical education,thereby fostering literacy through experience and building an indispensable bridge between curriculum vision and teaching reality.Based on this,the implementation of discipline practice needs to start from three aspects:establish a practice community of meaningful sharing and pursue ethical discipline practice;replay the process of knowledge and carry out verification discipline practice;explore urban and rural resources based on the characteristics of the discipline,build differentiated disciplinary practices,and finally promote the transformation of the curriculum vision from the “ideal blueprint” into “teaching reality”.
