教育领域是培养未来社会人才的重要基地,教育数字化转型为小学教师重塑生活形态的同时也导致他们无形中产生一种持续性的负面情绪,即数字焦虑。小学教师的数字焦虑主要表现在认知、情感和生理3个方面。面对数字技术,小学教师在认知上存在偏差,简单将其视为“有用”或持“教育万能论”;在情感上认为其打破传统人际沟通,使人际交往具有风险性和不稳定性,更使得教师自我价值感下降;在生理上对工作环境的内卷感到压力剧增,对海量信息的涌入感到不适。基于此,消解小学教师数字焦虑的途径有:提升数字素养、积极适应数字环境;突破传统思维、找准教师的角色定位;优化数字技术、满足教师数字需求;建立信息监测平台、构建数字治理生态。
- Abstract:

The field of education is an important base for cultivating future social talents.Its digital transformation not only reshapes the lifestyle of primary school teachers but also leads to a continuous negative emotion among them,namely digital anxiety.The digital anxiety of primary school teachers is mainly manifested in three aspects:cognition,emotion,and physiology.In terms of cognition,primary school teachers have biases towards digital technology,simply regarding it as “useful” or holding the “education omnipotence theory”.Emotionally,they believe that it disrupts traditional interpersonal communication,making interpersonal relationships risky and unstable,and further reducing their sense of self-worth.Physiologically,they feel an increased pressure due to the intense competition in the working environment and discomfort with the influx of massive information.Based on this,the ways to alleviate the digital anxiety of primary school teachers include:enhancing digital literacy and actively adapting to the digital environment;breaking through traditional thinking and accurately positioning the role of teachers;optimizing digital technology to meet the needs of teachers;establishing an information monitoring platform and building a digital governance ecosystem.
