青少年的平衡时间洞察力与问题行为——基于自我效能与心理健康的作用分析-《集美大学学报（教育科学版）》

摘要:: 为探究平衡时间洞察力与青少年问题行为的关系，并检验自我效能与心理健康的中介作用，采用时间洞察力量表、一般自我效能感量表、生活满意度量表、积极情感消极情感量表、简版抑郁量表和中学生危险行为量表对1 126名青少年进行了问卷调查。结果显示：平衡时间洞察力能够显著负向预测问题行为;心理健康在平衡时间洞察力与问题行为之间起中介作用;自我效能、心理健康在平衡时间洞察力与问题行为之间起链式中介作用。研究认为，培养平衡时间洞察力与自我效能感以及提高心理健康水平对于减少青少年问题行为具有重要价值。

Abstract:: Aiming to explore the relationship between balanced time perspective and problem behaviors among adolescents,and examine the mediating roles of self-efficacy and mental health,A total of 1,126 adolescents completed measures including the Time Perspective Inrentoly,the General Self-Efficacy Scale,the Satisfaction with Life Scale,the Positive and Negative Affect Scale,the Short Depression Scale,and the Risky Behavior Questionnaire for Middle School Students.The results showed that:BTP significantly negatively predicted problem behaviors;mental health served as a mediator between BTP and problem behaviors;and self-efficacy and mental health jointly played a chain mediating role in the relationship between BTP and problem behaviors.These findings highlight the importance of fostering balanced time perspective and self-efficacy,as well as improving mental health,to reduce problem behaviors among adolescents.
