摘要:
公费师范生的教育信念影响其认知行为,对个体行动倾向和行为决定产生关键作用。新时代公费师范生因入学动机日趋工具化、缺乏系统的师德修养培育以及身份认同感薄弱,其教育信念面临根基不稳、培育乏力和建构受阻的困境与挑战。教育家精神是中国精神在教育领域的具体展现,公费师范生塑成教育信念需要长期的精神养成。基于符号互动理论,教育家精神可从文化预置逻辑、具身实践逻辑和情感联结逻辑三个层面引领新时代公费师范生教育信念的生成。通过丰富教育家精神的符号载体,对公费师范生进行师德培育;实现教育家精神与课程实践的有机集合,增进公费师范生对教育家精神的体悟;强化高校师范文化标识,构建公费师范生身份认同,从而塑成其稳定的教育信念。
Abstract:
The educational beliefs of publicly funded normal students significantly influence their cognitive behaviors and play a pivotal role in shaping their action tendencies and behavioral decisions.In the new era,these students encounter challenges including increasingly instrumental motivations for enrollment,a lack of systematic moral cultivation,and a weak sense of identity.Consequently,their educational beliefs suffer from unstable foundations,inadequate cultivation,and impeded development.The spirit of the educator embodies the essence of the Chinese spirit within the field of education,and the formation of educational beliefs among publicly funded normal students requires long-term spiritual cultivation.Based on symbolic interaction theory,the spirit of the educator can guide the formation of these beliefs on three levels:cultural preconditioning logic,embodied practice logic,and emotional connection logic.This can be achieved by diversifying the symbolic representations of the educator spirit to foster professional ethics,integrating the spirit into curriculum practices to deepen students, understanding,and strengthening the cultural identity of teacher education institutions to build a stronger sense of professional identity,thereby shaping stable educational beliefs.
