摘要:
针对教育部推进“新工科”建设和工程教育专业认证对计算机专业人才培养提出的新要求,结合应用研究型高校自身特点,引入OBE-CDIO模式,从树立创新教育理念、优化人才培养方案、成果导向的课程体系建设和完善持续改进体系等方面,进行教育教学改革创新尝试,积极探索地方性高校在新工科背景下计算机专业人才培养模式的新思路。为高校培养出能适应新工科建设发展和区域经济发展需要、与市场需求匹配度高、具有较强工程实践能力的高素质人才提供新方案。
Abstract:
Aiming at the new requirements of the Ministry of Education to promote the construction of "new engineering" and the professional certification of engineering education for the training of computer professionals,combined with the characteristics of application-oriented colleges and universities,the OBE-CDIO model is introduced from the aspects of establishing innovative education concept,optimizing talent training program,the construction of outcome-based curriculum system and improving the continuous improvement system.Carry out education and teaching reform and innovation attempts,and actively explore new ideas of local colleges and universities in the new engineering background of computer professional talent training mode.It provides a new scheme for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the development of new engineering construction and regional economic development,have a high matching degree with market demand,and have strong engineering practice ability.
