考试焦虑是当前高校学生中常见心理问题之一,对大学生的学业成绩与身心健康皆产生重要影响。旨在探讨团体音乐治疗对大学生考试焦虑的干预效果。实验选取存在考试焦虑的大学生30名,随机分入实验组与控制组,通过综合运用接受式音乐治疗、再创造式音乐治疗与即兴演奏式音乐治疗3种方式,对实验组进行为期4周的团体音乐治疗。结果表明,团体音乐治疗对大学生考试焦虑具有良好的干预效果;且团体音乐治疗对大学生考试焦虑的干预效果具有一定的持续性。

Exam anxiety is one of the common psychological problems among current college students,which has a significant impact on their physical and mental health and academic performance.The aim of this study is to explore the intervention effect of group music therapy on exam anxiety in college students.Thirty college students with exam anxiety were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was treated with group music therapy for a period of four weeks through comprehensive use of three methods:receptive music therapy,creative music therapy,and improvisational music therapy.The research results indicated that group music therapy has an ideal intervention effect on exam anxiety among college students;And the intervention effect of group music therapy on college students’ exam anxiety has a certain sustainability.
