摘要:
“双减”政策落地仍面临教育焦虑并未纾解、传统教学方式尚未改变、课后服务质量无法保障等困境。具身教育具有身心一体、体知身受、身境相融等特征,为“双减”政策的落地提供了可能。“双减”政策落地可从坚守“身心一体”,纾解教育焦虑;创设“体验情境”,倡导具身教学;提供“具身服务”,满足个性需求3个方面着手。
