摘要:
教师胜任力是教师为成功实现专业发展目标所需具备的一种专业知识、技能、价值观以及人格特征的综合。采用问卷法对江西省352名高校教师的胜任力进行调查;结果发现:不同年龄、教龄、职称、学历和学校的高校教师胜任力发展水平有显著差异;通过聚类分析得出高校教师四种胜任力类型:低位保持型、平稳保持型、潜力发展型和综合发展型。建议:着重关怀35岁及以下青年教师成长,丰富教师知识储备,促进教师知识转化为教育实践能力,以及加强独立学院管理。
Abstract:
Teachers’ competency is a complex of professional knowledge, skills, values and personality traits for teachers to successfully achieve the professional development. Objective: A total of 352 college teachers in Jiangxi are surveyed by questionnaire. Conclusion: there are significant differences in college teachers ‘competence level in different ages, teaching ages, professional titles, educational background and schools. Four types of college teachers’ competency is obtained by cluster analysis, such as the type of low hold, steady hold, potential developmental and integrated development. Suggestion: especially care the teachers of 35 years old and below, richen college teachers’ knowledge, transform teacher’s knowledge into educational practice capability, and strengthen management of independent schools.
