摘要:: 古人的“三不朽”思想对当代师德教育有着重大的启发意义。高校教师要想提升师德，首先要以“立德”为基，明大德、守大道。认清正确的政治方向便是明大德，维护健康向上的价值观念和道德标准便是守大道。其次要做到爱岗敬业，在“立功”与“立言”中实践师德，做社会公德与职业道德及能力的楷模。再次要以育人为本，言传身教，重塑师道尊严。要培养良好师德，除了寄希望于教育管理水平和学风，以及整个社会教育环境的改善之外，教师个人的自律与修炼才是关键。

Abstract:: The ancients’“Three Immortality” thought is of great significance to contemporary teacher ethics education.If a university teacher wants to improve his professional ethics,he must first regard “Virtue” as the basis, recognize the correct political direction and safeguard healthy and positive values and moral standards.Secondly,he should love his post and devote himself to his career,practice teachers’morality,and set a good example for social morality,professional ethics and ability.Thirdly,he should instruct and influence others by words and deeds,and rebuild the dignity of teachers.In order to cultivate teachers’morality,teachers’self-discipline and self-cultivation are the keys,besides improving educational management level and academic atmosphere,and the social educational environment.
