摘要:: 随着我国高等教育事业的不断发展，部分地方大学已将国际知名、有特色、高水平的研究型大学作为未来发展的目标定位。这一目标定位既区别于一流大学的偏重于理论研究，以应用创新研究为特点，又区别于众多地方大学的实践应用性，以高水平应用研究为特色。这一战略定位的实现需要高校外部给予政策支持，同时也需要高校内部在学科结构、科学研究、人才培养类型上进行综合性的改革调整。

Abstract:: With the continuous development of higher education in China, part of the provincial university has internationally renowned features a high level of research universities as the target of the future development. This targets both different from the first-class university emphasis on theoretical studies, characterized by the application of innovation and research, and to distinguish it from the practical application of the many local universities, and features a high level of applied research. The achievement of this strategic positioning outside requires colleges to give policy support, also need comprehensive reform and adjustment of colleges and universities within the disciplinary structure, scientific research, personnel training type.
