摘要:
面对新形势下的教师质量要求，地方师范院校如何发展成为保障教育质量的关键。地方师范院校需要在转型发展中继续强化内在的办学特色，从管理体制上实现教师教育管理的学院化，从人才培养上建立专业成长、课程学习与实践训练一体化，以保证教师教育的专业水准和实践价值。
Abstract:
“Port Management” course is an important course in international shipping management professional’s undergraduate training. How to improve the teaching level has been constantly explored from the various aspects of the relevant institutions. Through in-depth study and comparing the current cutting-edge teaching methods, means, combined with “port Management” course in the practical problems encountered, the author made some attempts from teaching content, case selection, teaching methods and other aspects of the “port Management” course, hoping to improve the teaching effect, and allows students to master more indepth, comprehensive maritime knowledge structure.
