摘要:

自学考试以其自身优势实现了人才培养的一些基本功能，但在发展过程中暴露出存在的不足和缺失。现实要求自学考试对人才培养进行功能的拓展。只有从制度创新、考核改进和教学改革几方面同时入手，通过引进双证书、开展二学历、搭架学习立交桥、建立学习服务中心、采取过程性考核、进行衔接教育和改革学分制、专业设置、教学方法等手段，才能够将自学考试人才培养功能进行延伸与拓展。

Abstract:

self-study exams in their own superiority and the talents of some of the basic functions, but in the process of developing exposed the shortcomings and deficiencies. Practical requirements with further development of the self-study examination for talents. Only from system innovation, assessment and improvement, and teaching reform of aspects at the same time, and that can extend the function of self-study exam training and development.
