摘要:
调查研究晋江四家民营企业的609名员工关于薪酬、晋升、企业管理、工作条件、个体成长、人际关系等方面的内容。通过调查结果与分析,得出目前晋江民营企业在人员激励机制方面的优点与不足。并提出建立适合企业发展,符合员工利益需求的建议:(1)弥补不足,建立完善的激励机制。(2)构建具有激励功能的薪酬机制。(3)缓解员工压力,提高其工作的积极性。
Abstract:
The study investigated 609 employees from four private enterprises in Jinjiang. According to the salary, promotion, business management, working conditions, personal growth, relationships and other aspects of the survey results, analyzed and summarized the strengths and weakness of current employee incentives in Jinjiang private enterprise. On this basis, it put forward the improvement of the proposed incentive mechanism.
