摘要:
高校教师对女大学生进行性骚扰,损害了正常的师生关系。发生此类事件的成因,从伦理学的角度看包括人性因素和师德因素,从社会学角度看包括权力因素和利益因素。性骚扰事件危害了大学的教育公平,对校园文化和社会风气造成了不良影响。为防范此类事件的发生,要做到师德建设与依法治校并重,注重道德修养的内化和法律精神的养成。教师群体的发展是高校发展的重要一环,教师的行为规范事关高校能否正常健康地发挥其教育功能,教师应当回归教书育人的初衷,为大学生与教师营造良好的道德与法治氛围。
Abstract:
University teachers’ sexual harassment phenomenon damages the normal relationship between teachers and students. The causes of the occurrence of such incidents include human factors and moral factors from the angle of ethics, and the power factor and the factor of interest from the angle of sociology. Sexual harassment does harm to the university education fair, resulting in adverse effects on the campus culture and society. In order to prevent the occurrence of such incidents and achieve both of moral construction and the rule of law, we should pay attention to cultivation of moral internalization and the spirit of the law. Development of teachers is an important part of the development of colleges and universities, the teachers’ code of conduct is related to the educational function of normal and healthy, teachers should return to the original intention of education, which would be good for students and campus.
