摘要:

构建科学、合理的高校学生党员发展评议体系,有助于丰富高校学生党建工作理论。现有研究在评议对象及方法上需要改进。利用主成分分析法，明确基本思路，选取评议指标，建立三个层级的评议体系，构建评议模型并选取5个学生作为实例验证，根据这些学生的综合得分情况，决定是否作为党员发展对象及发展的次序。这一模型体系及实例能为高校学生党员发展工作提供借鉴和指导。但研究提出的发展评议体系定性与定量的权重及分值需要优化、指标需要细化和操作性需要加强。

Abstract:

The establishment of scientific and reasonable college student Party member development appraisal system, which is conducive to the party organization for excellent and qualified members, but also to enrich the party building work of College students. In the present study, the evaluation object and method need to be improved, using principal component analysis method, clear the basic ideas, select the evaluation index, established three levels of appraisal system, build the evaluation model and select five students as the examples to provide reference and guidance for the development of College Students Party members. According to the comprehensive of these students, we can use it as party members to decide whether to order the development of object and Development. Examples of this model system and provide reference and guidance for the development of University Student Party Members However, the research of the development of the evaluation system of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the weight and the score needs to be optimized, indicators need to refine the operational need to strengthen.
